Vista Tray/Notification Area Icons Missing

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\TrayNotify

Delete keys 'IconStreams' and 'PastIconsStream'.

Kill and restart explorer process.
